Project description

On late January 2008 a storm severely damaged the main breakwater of Marina Port d’Aro. A project was drawn up for its repair and reinforcement. After detailed studies, it was decided to carry out a reinforcement of the armour layer with 33T weight concrete cubes and a modification of the breakwater’s profile in order to improve its stability.
